How to switch from MediaPortal to MediaPortal Configuration? (1 Viewer)

You should check the point "Settings". There you can change codecs etc.. but the whole MP configuration is not supported yet. It is planned for MP 1.3.0 BETA (MP 1.3.0 Alpha is already released)

You can only change settings in TV Server Config if you open the icon on the desktop.

@CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help!

When I first start watching a TV program the timeshift functions works perfectly. I can shift back and forth in time and it works...

The electronic program guides (tvguide.xml) have been successfully transferred to MediaPortal.
