I don't know exactly what you mean, a screen shot is very helpful here.
If you mean, this is a display problem with your installed PureVisionBlue skin, please post a message in the appropriate thread and ask catavolt directly. Sorry, but I cannot help here more.

For the life of me I cannot get CPU & Memory usage to show.
I have read every thing I can find can someone help me?

Hi stdly,
for version 1.0.2.0 and the latest SVN of MediaPortal I've identified some timing issues regarding performance counters (CPU usage, Memory usage, Disk access etc.). Currently I'm working of this, the new version v0.9.0 is in beta test phase. Hope, this version will fix this problem, it will be published in the next 2 weeks.

I added the TV dll's to get rid of the invalid message. Thanks!
I am not worried about the +12 and fan I will get that going.

Hi stdly,
as I see in your first post, the skin files works correctly on your PC, but not on your Laptop. Because of this, please check your Speedfan configuration (see screenshot) and HTPCInfo diagnostic tool, if fan speed and voltage are reported correctly from Speedfan. If yes, please post your mediaportal logs here.

with last svn and HTPCinfo i have stuterin on live tv,when i disable the plugin the stutering is gone...any idea??

Hi nikos1971,
I don't know exactly your mediaportal configuration and how many plugins are installed. Please try the option "Refresh properties only if HTPCInfo is open" and play with refresh period and priority. Hope, this can fix this.
