Hybrid tuner support..analog and digital? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I have a HVR 1300 MCE (dvb-t & analog) & yes in MP i can use both analog signals & digital, but only one @ the time (it's not a dual tuner).
When it comes to hybrid tuners many the analog part it's often software & not HW (HVR 1300 it's HW) & SW cards will need a good CPU to work properly.

Actually I solved this myself. I did have the correct driver (it was the only one which would work). But on the drivers download page, there was an additional item called "TBS6281se V2 Change Mode Tool". There was zero documentation to accompany this. I downloaded it and ran it. It is a tool to detect the current run state of both...

My previous TBS PCI-E card failed, so I bought another one. The model I chose is the TBS 6181-SE, which can be seen on Amazon here...
Well, the log doesn't show any problems. I can see correctly tuned channels in the log. It seems to me that the tuner works fine.
Can you copy the created ts file(located in your timeshift folder) somewhere else while in channel preview and try to play it in VLC or MPC-HC?
