Don't think I can afford the price tag attached though.

If you are worried about the price, then you cant afford it (never mind the size of your living room!)

No jostling for the best view lol, if you think the price high, see what Curry's want for the extended warranty

[Edalex]

No Mediaportal skin for this size

[hafblade]

If this is your largest issue

Seems to the perfect size for watching some horror movies or playing Battlefield3
The funny thing about this is that you wouldn't here your speakers (left and right from the screen ) if you are sitting in an appropriate place
Suppose you have to buy some appropriate sound equipment

[JackTramiel]

That would be the perfect fence for my garden.

Try this one : http://www.newlaunches.com/archives...lay_eats_the_retina_display_for_breakfast.php

Try this: http://www.noiseaddicts.com/2008/09/loudest-speaker-in-the-world/

[Paranoid Delusion]

Does that drown out women and children, because if it doesn't then not that loud

[SpudR]

I don't think there'll ever be something like that - maybe someone can invent a switch for the auditory nerves? It would be really nice to turn ears off for a bit!
This might be worth a try though: http://www.royaldevice.com/custom.htm

How amazing would this all be if you put it together?
