IMDb+ scraper-script v4.1.6 is released.

This is an urgent update, as it fixes Writers, Directors, Actors, Genre, Year and Language fields due to changes made at the imdb.com website.

Been sick last 2 weeks, so thankfully they didn't make these changes until now.

The IMDb website doesn't exactly timestamp when they make big changes, so please verify your imports of the last few days just to be sure to see if Writers, Directors, Actors, Genre, Year and Language fields are empty and otherwise just refresh/update those individually after you verified via "IMDb+ Info..." that you are indeed running IMDb+ scraper-script v4.1.6

Thanks Rochess,

I only had one film import with no details but all ok now. The only thing that bugs me now is that some films don't seem to have age certifactions on them as there is nothing pulling through from IMDB. Not your fault, just seems inconsistant when IMDB don't provide the info.

IMDb+ scraper-script v4.1.8 is released (so was v4.1.7, but forgot to copy everything over from Expresso)

This version fixes the English title detection system that was broken due to the changes IMDb had made to their website.

Hopefully that covers everything now, but if not, just let me know

IMDb+ plugin v1.4.0.239 is available now.

Fixed: Bug in which scraper-script options were not saved before using refresh system (and not first exiting plugin).
Added: AU/CA/NZ rating system option.
Added: All supported scraper languages now have their IMDb+ plugin language file include as well. (messed up with the MPEI package, so will properly include them on next release after receiving all the language file updates and adding Italian + French)
Modified: The 'Refresh all fields' option is enabled by default now on new installations to make it less confusing for new users.
Modified: Installs IMDb+ scraper-script v4.1.8 by default which will auto update once IMDb+ plugin runs for the first time and a new version is available.

The new AU/CA/NZ rating system option required changes to the language file, which is not yet present in the foreign language files added. So if the translators can please look at the changes and provide those, then I can commit their new language file and release a new IMDb+ plugin that will contain them.

I just did not wanted to delay this new version any longer and having English be used for that single option via hardcoded internal values did not seem like the end of the world.

Language file modifications can be seen easy via: Google code DIFF on language file in single column (be sure to use the language file as it comes with this new plugin release, as it might have been modified)

The top green section are the new language entries, and the red+green block below it are the changes from repurposing the UK-Rating option to become the selection between American-English or British-English. It's a weird situation, because that setting currently also still enables the UK/BFFC rating system, but that's due to the transition period happening now.

Hopefully a certain developer down-under has had enough rest now, so he can help implement the next cool IMDb+ plugin feature that will add a custom downloadable category system to MovingPictures.

IMDb+ scraper-script v4.2.1 released

You can now use a custom 'Special Edition' tagging system via ([..]).

Aside from the whitelisted items, such as "Avatar (3D).avi" you can now also use "Avatar ([Whatever You Want]).avi" or add the ([...]) part to the foldername if you have the structure in place with each movie in its own folder.

IMDb+ scraper-script v4.3.1 released.

This version changes the way foreign titles are dealt with via the default rename database so that their respective options are respected to append it to the title, or show it first. This also allows the Roman numeral stripping to work on first movie in a series.

A major bug was found in the way IMDb+ plugin downloads and installs the new IMDb+ scraper-scripts, so expect an update soon for the IMDb+ plugin as well. Still running a few more tests to make sure it all works, but will release it soon. Most users probably never encountered the bug(s), but better safe then sorry
