That will give you a defined starting point. May I suggest that you then try to install MP 2.2 before you set up other software? this way we can see if the new OS solves the install issues.

I installed windows 10 successfully and all is running fine on the new OS with a clean device managers showing no conflicts.
I immediately run MP2 setup with logging and it again failed starting the services in the exact same spot as before the upgrade. The only difference is that it spent 6 minutes rather than 40 seconds trying to start the services before displaying the permission error message. I attach the new logs.

What MP2 version do you have currently installed? An upgrade from an older version than 2.1.3 is not possible.

I have the same problem here, fresh Installation of Media Portal 2, .NET 4.7.2 installed:

The installer is never finishing and shows an error at "Starting Services"
