I think this window should pop up only if u modify the delay for a subtitle, right?
Right, sorry I fixed it in the first post (the fix was in mpcSubs.dll only). The binaries attached to the post there so there should no download problems.

    Thanks cpp2005!
This new version works using ffdshow as video decoder with internal, external and combined subtitles :)

I just downloaded the latest version and I must say that it is such an awesome tool, thanks a lot ccp2005!

However I couldn't see anything when I changed the delay of the subtitles anywhere. Is there a possibility to make some small message appear saying something like: "Subtitle delay: -250ms"? That would be awesome!

FIXED: I just had made a mistake while setting up, works like a charm now!

Hi,what skin u are using?I'm using StreamedMP and the OSD is showing every time i change the delay,so i can see every delay step and the total delay.

My opinion : with new sub engine sometimes few frames are dropped.
How do you check for dropped frames?
You can use mediaportal statitistics (press "!")

    No dropped frames are displayed.
Maybe it's stuttering not drop frames.
I notice it with dxva and sw mode (coreavc) either.
With fddshow as subtitile module there is no problem.
Anyway great job cpp. My thought this issue will be fixed maybe with
an other fix or when many users will use your module. :D

Right :) it didn't work before because ffdshow took the subtitle pin.

Can you check if you see the same behavior in MPC-HC? It will help to understand if it depends on renderer.

I will try to check this "stuttering" thing on my configuration but IMO is never easy to find what's causing it when occurs.Right now i can't say i have this issue but maybe someone else could confirm this...

Is somewhere in this thread also a build for MP 1.0 Final available? I would love to test this, but I don't want to update to a unstable MP SVN.
