Integration of MPC-HC subtitle's engine (1 Viewer)

When I tried to switch subtitle in subtitle page, the color turns white (readable though) Not sure this because of the skin or the MPC-HC subtitle engine. But when I don't use this engine, it doesn't happen

this problem still there for the latest version. Any progress?

Just for confirm I installed MP 1.02 (update from 1.01) + Standalone Filters 3.47 + Subtitle patch for 1.02 and everything works great: I have DXVA with subtitles when playing compatible files.

Also, I can get perfect AC3/DTS SPDIF passthrough without AC3 filter (only using MPC-HC audio codec).

The only issue (already reported as a bug on Mantis) is a slight out-of-sync when playing 1080/24p and SPDIF Out. This issue is old, not caused by the newest versions of the software.

Another (very) small issue is subtitle related: Arial Bold 18 seems to be too big for me, so I tried to set Arial 16... but the config always goes to Arial 15, even selecting or writing 16 !!! If I set 18 or 17 it sets the correct size.

Vista Home Premium, MA78GM-S2H, HD3200, SPDIF Out.
Catalyst 9.3, Aero On.

I'm afraid to upgrade to 1.0.2. Everything works so great at the moment, I think I never change! Didn't have any issue at all since the setting upgrade of this patch.

Well,in first place only new binaries were uploaded but the engine version is the same one that was used for 1.0.1 binaries.

Arryo i've tested four skins untill now and i can't reproduce that issue,so i really don't know if the engine has anything to do with that issue.

I for one, just did a total reinstall (OS programs etc etc)

And I also still have this issue...

MP 1.0.2 (upgraded over 1.0.1)
SAF 3.47
Subtitle patch for 1.0.2
Black And White 1.2
TV-Series 2.2.3389
Moving-Pictures 7.3

Vista home premium 64bit
onboard ATI HD3200 graphic card with catalyst 9.4 (and 512MB shared memory)

Perhaps would some logs help?

1. I upgraded to 1.0.2
2. I downloaded the binaries, extracted the cabinet into the right (MediaPortal) directory
3. Started MP Config
4. selected a DXVA codec for H.264
5. Left all MPC-HC settings the same, but changed 'Shadow Depth' down from 5 to 3
6. Watched Quantum of Solace 1080p mkv with 5% load & subtitles

Noticed a minor out-of-sync issue but hardly noticable.

I do experience the same issue as trepamuros when i change subtitle font from 18 to 16, that it's getting set @ 15.

ffdshow and PowerDVD 8

Black & White 1080 1.2
TV-Series 2.2.3389

I also noticed that the problem shows when watching tv and I want to change subtitles (on some channels I can).

It looks like the problem occurs with Black & White 1080 Skin.

This engine is not working with dvb subtitles so is not used for TV.
That's exactly the problem,it happens only with Black & White 1080 skin,have u guys tried to ask aj1405,maybe could have an idea on what's causing this issue?

You right, I was wrong. I tested it with tv and it worked fine there.

I also noticed that it's not always displaying the white text
