Thanks for the update, so I've compiled libavcodec to support dxva but FFMpeg doesn't actually use it. Lol. Oh well it was a nice idea.

I don't think DXVA is designed to work in quite that way :-( decoding h264/vc1 with DXVA/XvBA to encode with ffmpeg2theora - Doom9's Forum

i think that ipimp 5.1 is unusable plugin!
the solution is to make 2 different streaming environment, 1 for silverlight/flash and another 1 fro smootstreaming iphon/ipad.
Now i think we are so far if we don't change directions.
All people claim to use ipimp and Cheezy don't wonna hear this people...:sorry:

A question: Is it possible to display remote 1, 2 and 3 in one screen on an iPad?

Would be even more great if the app could be used without the need of the TV being on for example the StreamRadio addin or for photos. Is there a possibility to do this?

Here in Italy I'll never VDSL or fiber to home.
There are no development plans of any kind (except for WiMAX, which still has not improved at all) in the medium to long term.

I can have a look at a specific '3' page remote for ipad.

Streaming radio is on the to do list - I haven't thought about pictures yet.

Can you post your C:\Program Files\iPiMP\Apache\logs\error.log - this will show which streams are available - you can amend the ffmpeg parameters to select a specific audio track, but this would be a global setting so do you know if all channels have the same issue? Perhaps you could stream a few different channels and post the log.
