One more thing worth noting... It seems that IR Server.exe crashes when I fully exit out of mediaportal, a restart is required to regain remote control response. Not a biggie as I always just keep MP minimised rather than close it when launching external applications.. Please tell me if logs would be required and which ones to grab. Thanks

Hiya. I'm trying to use a firewire connection to change channels on my SA 4250HDC. I am missing one step somewheres. Hopefully you'll know what it is.

I'm using TVSS+HD-DVR+timmmoore's+schedules direct stuff.

It all works to change the channel in IRSS's test. But when I try to change channels in MP, it doesn't respond. I keep seeing stuff about setting channels to "external," but I don't know where that option is. They are all mapped to my HD DVR. I just need to figure out what link is missing to have media portal communicate to IRSS that i want to change the channel. They are not interacting is my theory.

Will do... Have not been able to recreate it though since uninstaling Imon.. It seems IMON is required for the Front dispay to work, but it seems to conflict with IR Server.exe... Basically any time I enter the settings area in IR Server and then exit, it will crash...

Where would I find the desired logs.. Just the standard mediaportal ones?

Also one more thing, this is quite important to me.. With "Keyboard Input Plugin" I was able to fancy key assignment like with the "Videos button" I was able to cycle between "Videos, Moving Pictures, Online Viideos, TV Shows"... It was the coolest thing but your MP-Control Plugin there seems to be no way to link to external plugins like Moving Pictures and all that jazz...

I like using IRSS over "Keyboard input plugin". I like things to be in one tight package and KIP had some pretty big bugs with keyboard delay issues..

So loving the HID support none the less. Very good work... Just need to get plugin hyperlinks and I will be very happy..

I'm having some real issues... Thought every thing was going well but it is the MPControl-Plugin that I'm just stuck on... When I go to the "Map Buttons" function I seem to only have what would be described as the MCE mapping, not the IMON mapping...

When I add the IMON I have all it's keys, but when I go to map the keys I'm thrown in to an MCE format... Any idea's... I really don't want to have to go back to Input Keyboard Plugin and IMON manager... This is so close...

Hi, I notice that the Version 1.4.2 Test Build 2975 does not correctly address Port 1 and Port 2 for blasting with my MCE Trasnceiver - it's back to only blasting correctly if you select "Both".

Created an IR Command in Translator, Tested it, it worked fine (even if I selected Port_1). Created a Macro to run the IR command, but if I select Port_1 it does not run the IR command (the emitter does not blink). If I select to run the IR command on "Both" it works fine.

ISTR that someone fixed this in an earlier/different build of the MCE Transceiver Code (along with a resume problem) - could this not be incorporated in the standard version?

I have a Hauppauge PVR 150 and I can't for the life of me get it to work as there doesn't seem to be a transmit checkbox for Hauppauge. I read in another thread that it wasn't initailly supported and you seemed to be doing work on it but wondered if it never came back to a conclusion?

I've been searching this thread and it seems like several people have asked the same question and gotten no response? Has anyone gotten the Hauppage remote to work with IRSS?

I've tried 1.4.2.2975 but still no support for USB UIRT, just like any other version after 1.0.3.5. (Combined with Vista x64 only maybe?)
Reverted back to 1.0.3.5 which again works as a charm (Yet unstable, which is why i would love to see it fixed in the newer versions..)
