New release 2.9

I have released a new version of the plugin. The wiki documentation has been updated, and I've included some examples.

I have fixed a bug in the TV viewing detection, added a function to allow logic testing of properties, added the ability to send Actions and Messages to MediaPortal for remote control of the application, created a configuration file to allow for more customisation of messages and update intervals.

Have a play and let me know of any problems/requests.

What version number ?
(It's for updating my web page used to gather the M-P add-ons & Plugins , before updating the download section of the new version of our French M-P forum)

Hm, still 20-30 % Cpu-load here :-/
(with lugiber's config.ini)

Got a few other issues as well:
E.g. watching TV shows correct programm information.
Calling EPG overview on the remote leads to the plugin displaying EPG Menu.
So far so good but then if using the "back" button the display stays with EPG instead of switching back to current programm info.

The same thing occurs when launching a recording (Its title will remain).

Is it just my config, is it intended or am I stupid? :roll:

Have you got the latest config.ini file from lugiber. It's available from the same place.

THere is not a French version of the LCDMediPortal.dll.config file available (thanks to Jean-Max). It can be downloaded from here. Just use this file to replace the original version in the LCDSmartie plugin directory.

Yes, of course..

Just deleted line 3 and 4 and then switched to 2x16. This are the only changes I made.

I can't seem to replicate your problem. When you say you "just deleted line 3 and 4" do you mean that you edited the config.ini file to remove all line 3 and 4's from each screen ?
