    Automatically switching to 'play' mode when fast-forward reaches the end of the timeshift buffer works OK on my system.....

    What happens on your system ?

    at the end of FFWD LifeTV stops. I have to press Play to continue.

    Here the LOGs. After Finish LifeTV stopped about ~30Sec, and then go on like slow Motion.

    Here are my logs.

    I have exactly the same behaviour like harryzwo.
    One additional info, the info-panel (see screenshot) didn't disappear when reaching the end of timeshift-buffer.

    LifeTV FFWD >>x4. At the End it was not reset to play.

    And here are mine.

    2x FFWD and 4x FFWD leads to alternating Picture freeze / FFWD.
    8x FFWD works like it should.

    OK thanks guys - it seems to be a problem when the 'smooth' FFWD (up to x4 on Win7) reaches the end of the timeshift file.

    I'll try and see if I can get it to happen on my system....
