v94 act the same, only diffrent i saw that the madsurface error is more constant on fullscreen /windowed switch

Yep i think it happen when we hide the video window so madVR didn't like it.
Compared to EVR it's the whole IVideoWin that is hide, but with madVR the IVideoWin is the whole SKIN Engine so it's needed to hide only the video inside IVideoWin. Otherwise we run into some video window misplaced etc.

Here is V95, it fix an issue that i was able to reproduce and act like @kenwonders explain starting 4:3 SD channel from TVGuide failed to be displayed.
It will not fix the freeze but a little bug less lol.
