[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (16 Viewers)

Added V161 BIS (it has merged the latest WIP LiveMedia 555 and HEVC for TV Client and TVServer).

About some finding, it seems that we need some tweak :

TVSeries, didn't start directly in fullscreen (i have seen a workaround in TVS code and i need to set fullscreen like it should so maybe it fix something or i have added another bug that brake the TVS workaround)

I need to create a separate branch for sending event when OSD is ready, in actual TVS and Movpic, they are waiting some seconds as workaround but with madVR, it can be more than current hardcoded value in TVS and Movpic code, so adding this event, TVS or Movpic or whatever plugin that subscribe to it can manage OSD stuff now correctly because plugins knows when it ready.

OV should work as before (not tested)

Can you try video for ex ?

I can't test TV my Asus USB tuner didn't get channel at all lol. i think it was working on win8 but not on win10 or it's something else lol.

Really good job. I also have a LG 4k with at the moment a 2 or 3 year old AMD APU, will upgrade soon to a RX 460 to get 4K and HEVC also over HDMI and the HTPC.

And what should i say, with Version 156 and the options

• Force MP Window Refresh (3D): yes

• MadVR Options:

• Rendering -> stereo 3d -> when playing 3d content -> enable
• General Settings -> enable automatic fullscreen exlusive mode
• General Settings -> use Direct3D 11 for presentation and present a frame for every vsync

just no problems. Switched yesterday a lot through library with 3D MVC content, normal 2D content and TV without any problems. Love the way i can jump/seek in video in mediaportal, only netflix on the LG can it better (preview picture while seeking). My problem with the 3Ds ISO is now also solved. Tried first to get it solved with PowerDVD, but dont like the media switch from MP to PowerDVD and back. I also had problems with some Isos, sound and usuability. Solution was to use MakeMKV and create 3D-MKVs which are played perfect with this changes.

The only problems seems the short waiting after start till the picture is there. But seems thats on the roadmap with the planned event changes in TVS and Movpic and for me thats a minor problem.

3D video starts man times as SBS MVC video. First play of a single video always SBS, second fine with Nvidia trick active.

TV channels tune fine but always MP GUI freeze on Tv channel stop. In fact MP GUI is freezed (see image) but still responsible to remote clics. another channel ca be played back and even tv GUI avail via x button, but if TV channel image stops, MP GUI freezes.

In logs. MP GUI freeze at 18:56
Second log is a total madvr crash on 3D video playback (unable to catch madvr logs)

With this version can I tune HEVC SAT channels? how can I do it? I cant tune them with regular tuning.

It is, and it also hasn't crashed since the error report earlier I'll try some videos and see how it fares.

I've almost forgotten my Nova 500 and DVBSky cards are there they are so reliable.

There is Astra channel HEVC for testing, i don't have the frequency on my side but if you can tune them then you should be able to watch them

About 3D, i can't test it but i think it was like this just before going to vacation lol.

The last build is more focused about the flickering but it had side effect like when navigate on GUI, the video preview is stuttering it's because i need to slow down it by using device present but not only.

On my HD4500 it hard to trigger a flickering, note that i can have it too with Kodi (but kodi handle it differently from different worker thread etc. and i'm not so skilled to port it).

About the TV Guide, i think i have noticed it too when playing video on stop, i have try to workaround it but not fully, what is happening is between channel change on video change (read stop to start) so tuner A to Tuner B etc. there is few frame displayed here and this is the one get on stop, so if the TV Guide appear between zap, on stop, we get locked on last tvguide, on video, it's more a blackscreen.

If i'm not wrong an ALT+ENTER restore the GUI, can you test ?

I resstarted my computer, no change and seems stable now. no GUI freeze on TV channel stop...
