Somewhat sadly I do not believe there is a Catalyst version that supports my AMD R7 260 on the test setup so am using the Crimson drivers.

What do you mean with "test setup"?
I know that Catalyst 15.7.1 support R4/R5/R7 Series. Unless u mean something else.

Do you know if an equivalent setting is available, I have not found one yet.

Crimson don't have this option available, it is actually one of the reasons I am not using Crimson, the only option they got left from the old Catalyst Control Panel is the Pixel Format setting.

It sort of is, because you can't contain 23.976 film in 50hz telecined. One of those tags is wrong, hence the confusion between implementations. Do you have the non-MKV source?

Sorry for the confusion "test setup" = my desktop PC where among other things I tried this out but also have been testing that pesky RX 460, since both it and the R7 260 are supported on the Crimson 16.10.1 drivers. I will give the problem mkv a try on my HTPC where I can more easily switch between Crimson band Catalyst, and let you know.

Just to let you know. Tried the mkv with Catalyst 15.7.1, pull down deselected and madvr settings as you suggested but it still played at 23hz. No big deal I guess it may be something else you have in your Madvr or other settings, whatever I don't think its worth the candle to spend any further time on it.

Here is another Problem that must be fixed in v.1.16 TV Server: DD Max S8 Card needs a Transponderlist where Modulation (8PSK or QPSK) is set.. otherwise its not able to scan for channels.

Now back from holiday and ready to go with a working RX 460 no less (managed to borrow then purchase a Sapphire version which works great, the Gigabyte version will be returned again under warranty but this time for a hopefully full refund).
@Sebastiii I'm currently still on v209 is there anything in v218 that might resolve my stuck 23hz after 3D that was an issue for me before I went on holiday? Bear in mind it only came up with the AMD Crimson drivers but now with the RX 460 I really can no longer go back to the Catalyst ones
