[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (10 Viewers)

@rohnfe and @daWooky Thank you for your posts. Could find two problems "Einzelbildschirm ..." in 3D Einstellungen (marked in yellow) wasn't set and because i had hard reboots my mp.config broke and reactivated auto3D, which i think causes the crashes. So now its not perfect working, but it is not crashing. So i can go a step forward

@daWooky When I pressed the epg button with something running it did not go to the epg and I kept getting Madvr freeze reports which was due to Madvr responding to the kb shortcut cntrl+G that I had set for the freeze report, I changed the shortcut to cntrl+A and the EPG now displays in response to the button either with or witout anything running.
So the epg button produces the keystroke cntrl+G, do you have anything, my guess, in Madvr that also responds to cntrl+G that may be causing your problem?

@daWooky it should fix the Video freeze, hopefully i was able to reproduce it on HTPC with Bluray video.

The GUI/OSD seems to happen very rarely now but can be triggered (no real clue why).

I have added some line of code when the video is created (it's better to let MP focused when madVR video window start but need to know if it works for you)
I have try OV and seems to works too.
Also added a hack when madVR stop to render, it can happen with LiveTV, for ex no more signal for a while and then MP didn't react and madVR stop the rendering, so it seems to recover properly

Hoping we didn't get into issues

Screensaver is being trigered after normal idle timeout period even though a video/TV is playing (i.e. Display is not idle), tried in TVS, OLV and TV, all the same, also after reboot. See attached logs

shortly tried v251
on htpc: ov control works again, no guide frezze (mad shortcuts untouched)
on client: the topbar seems onresponsive now and in window mode drops frames as before

For me it seems v251 ignores madvr refreshrate switching ... for example playing a 25 framerate movie the display stays at 60 which is the default

Update: for v246 switching works just fine

If you try the bin about screensaver, it should fix it too
