    Hi :)
I need to look the code change because i didn't remember exactly :p
About OV the one in this first post has the change (i have added .100 to make a difference) so i think it's the same code.
So it can be a change from V295 surely :)

So there is a change to detect if a video sample (file) contain a video output, it solve some wrong test file where video track are not detected so maybe it can impact OV but i'm not sure.
Did you have keep log ? maybe i can spot something about it :)

I did attach a set of early logs to the post in OLV/BBC forum but kept nothing recent where I was specifically seeing the problem after upgrading to v295 from v293. There must be some form of conflict between the 2 versions or my v293 was corrupt in some way that only showed with v295 which seems highly unlikely but after the fresh install of v295 no further problems, so who knows!!!!;)

Have been playing around with this build. Stable for me regarding GUI stuf. Only exception is for an audio related issue, probably not related to madvr. After X Flac files, playback of music just hangs at 0:00. IF I can reproduce this on Pre build, I will report it there.

I tried a DVD with 25fps interlaced. No issues, all smooth.
I tried a file with 29.97fps interlaced. No issues, all smooth.

What do you want me to test specifically??

So looks good right @daWooky did you try by removing the '1080i25' too ? :)
    Thanks.

    mhm,removing didn't make a big difference, only force 25/50^^
i rater suspect that it is dependent on the file or the way its interlaced... i even tried it on a old amd client on 1.14-15 with the same outcome. it seems a old mepo drrc problem not a new madvr spec one(y)

I want to download the bad file. but it tells me 403:
    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /history_chan_hd_sample_interlaced.mkv on this server.
Could you push it elsewhere so I can grab it ? :) I wanna test this as well.

    btw,
The screenshots show EVR in use, not MadVR. Or am I incorrect? Or is that from the old amd client.

[edit] This is the good file, obviously no issue :)

So it's it happen before, it's good to knows :) (not related to madVR change) but still an issue then :p
In actual 1.15 pre-release, it seems some users run into issue with EVR (and need to do a focus on desktop then MP to have it make it works), it seems to be related to a comment out code related to fixdwm method, i have re-enable it in very latest MP madVR branch (V293) and seems to resolve the issue.

So for now i'm not sure if iw as able to fix more madVR left issue (i hope) but i would like to have your feedback, do you think that i can merge latest madVR change into master and finally make the 1.16 Final release out ?

Ofc we can add waring about madVR left issue (on my side it works pretty good) :p

As of this morning v295 is playing up again, after waking it up and going to OLV it asked to install an update, answered yes but before it finished MP crashed. I restarted and manually requested an update which went OK but thereafter playback of BBC catch-up was very unreliable, lost connection errors, black-screen hangs MP crashing, you name it I got it:( and it even played sometimes but rarely played again on stop and reselect the same vid.. Same again this afternoon on resume from sleep then tried reboot, no difference. It should all be in the attached log, which also should go back to yesterday when it was working.
Went back again to v293 via system restore and all good.:)

@joecrow if you are ok, i can build just the core.dll for V295, like this, you can replace the one from v293 for testing (keep the original core.dll v293 one somewhere) then no need to do restore etc.
It can be the pin video detection that broke something.
When it happen are you able to use graphstudio tool to look at the current graph builded ?
    Thanks :)
