[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (37 Viewers)

I gave 303 a spin.. it feels rockstable.
When ALT-ENTER'ing, I can even see MadVR OSD state Windowed > Exclusive > Windowed > etc. Its properly doing as it should be.
There is no cutoff of the image now and its resized properly now each time. including subs. Great work !!
X works like a charm as well. No issue found...
Do you want logs of it?
Personally I'd say: Let the regression testing start with this build by the public. Its 95% safe from my POV

PS: has someone told to madshi that Mp now is supporting perfectly MadVr? so he could add MP to his compatible players in his homepage ? If not I'll tell him on doom9 forum.
