Weird, i did try Minuscule to Maleficent and both are detected correctly here (but no refresh rate involved neither information popup about the 3D mode from Auto3D)

Here we go on my side with madVR
Like the game DVR (now that i have take old Nvidia 730Ti from HTPC when i have replaced it with 1050Ti )

Added a 3 seconds delay before starting analyse
Can you try to see if it's really the root of cause

hmm damn weird, will try it later on the htpc with lav 79, whats ur lav in use atm?
also tried with your mad ax. and settings but no change so far, but i will see if those detection popups may made ta diff
