    No LAV Video in TV.

    And i think i know why [emoji14]
You need in MP config to go through all codec tab (even if LAV is already set) and then close OK.
It happen on fresh MP (settings are not saved if we don't look once all tabs [emoji14]

Can you try again ? :p
See same error yesterday, needed to restart configuration for have dolby send to my AVR. and after last version installed.

works again:LOL: half fresh install ;)
btw. where those mepo plugin settings get saved, because they seem not reverted back to default, even with a full clean/ after reinstall..for example, all the ones that i had previously disabled were disabled again...

    Nice :)
It's in mediaportal.xml, so a fresh one assume all plugins are enable by default :p
I will create a branch to this this codec issue :p (already done)
So now opening MP config and close (will save the default detected codec settings 'LAV Codec') without going over all tabs :) :)

Can you try 3D etc. too ? :p

V377 is looking good for me, no problems seen so far, not long tested yet but HD, SD and 4k vids, TV and OV are alll looking OK.

Very good idea, there has been loads of confusion on this, I changed the Wiki a while back to clarify but who reads that when all the tabs show LAV so it must be using it right!:rolleyes:

Hi Seb, I'm also doing well with v377, the behaviour has stablised over recent versions.

Aalthough it seems that HEVC HW support is gone for both CUVID, DXVA2 CopyBack and DX11 CopyBack. I've just updated a lot of stuff, including 1709, so I believe it's that. Others be warned! It's one of those days I wished I'd fired up clonezilla first.

A huge thanks for all your efforts as always @Sebastiii

HEVC HW accell. is working OK for me with v377/1709. Under 10% CPU when HEVC is ticked, over 35% CPU when deselected, only tried with DXVA2 Copy-Back but even so you may want to double check your settings.
Update:- Also working with D3D11 but not CUVID (AMD GPU:p).

yep, similar here. briefly tried a bit c-b hevc on insider desk,
    on: Screenshot (461).png off:Screenshot (462).png
all quite well with files only those dvb-s hevc seems to demand even more power now not so good with copy back. but it seems pretty depending on the channel used, native mode worked everywhere...

Settings checked, even in MPC-HC no HEVC for all but the natives. I've done a full DDU but LG Chess is just not working. It actually works faster with avcodec, so I think there is a problem. Lucky MP though it's the same not just in MP.

Native works great, but I can't stand the deinterlacer.
