[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (14 Viewers)

Hi all!
To me TV is working but lost deinterlace. Madvr keeps deinterlace OFF on 404.
No further test done.

Will try on my side because like explain in previous reply, deinterlace and pure D3D11 (and hardware device to use) doesn't works but selecting a Hardware device was working last time i did test and this lead to act like DXVA2 CB.

So it means DXVA2-CB should be broken too lol

Strange in IE too i didn't get the 466 page lol @high any idea ? (it seems to happen also in another thread and i think it was after a @kenwonders post but not sure @ 100%.

EDIT : It's a pure guess but i don't understand why it failed for you, did redo my test and OK here !!!
