[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (52 Viewers)

I've gone back to v422 today for the test, so far no issues after about 2 hours, whereas I had issues in minutes with v428, not proof yet though!

If the issue does arise on v422 then perhaps I should revert the NVIDIA drivers too and test again. I've also performed load tests on my GPU and CPU without errors in case of hardware issues.

This mean the workaround for the blackscreen issue will not be used if unchecked
So maybe you can try and see how it goes

v428 Was/is looking good but did get one Madvr crash durring heavy testing, unable to reproduce so far, crash report and logs are attached. Crash should be nearly at the end of the log.

v430 (with workarround disabled), got a couple of Madvr crashes, log attached, last one will be at the end of the log (crash occurred while navigating shortly after stopping a video), sorry but Madvr crash report did not work. With workarround enabled (ticked) so far no problems. (having an AMD GPU and not putting this test system to sleep, I did not think I needed it but it looks like it is having some effect.

Will try to reproduce navigating after the stop, maybe that the thing to do to lead to the crash
