    Thanks everybody for the feedback and log files. (y)

    @joecrow
    When I tried TV in regular mode it inially played ok but on channel change I got audio with a b lack screen...
    Your log files don't show this so I'm unable to investigate.

    ...a 3D mkv played but not in 3D and MP crashed on stop.
    From the application event log:

    Internal error in the .NET runtime is not so easy to debug... :(

    Question:- I currently have Lav 0.67 installed and it was not updated with the new MP test install, I thought 0.68 was required?
    It is - for 3D support, that is. So that'd be why your 3D MKV didn't play in 3D, and [I hope!!!] may also explain the crash.

    Please find log attached.
    For some strange reason I'm unable to open the MediaPortal log and Windows application event log. Unfortunately they're exactly the log files that I need to open. PeaZip gives me error:
    Error extracting the selected object. If the archive is password protected please provide it.

    Anybody else able to open them?

    Opens, but because of an error, ending the file, a little spoiled.

    It looks like your crash has the same characteristics as joecrow's. From the Windows application event log:

    As ajs said, the end of the MediaPortal log is quite mangled so it's difficult to investigate. Hopefully Sebastiii has some more ideas...
