With your settings, grabbing frame or screenshot lead to video stuttering (when Auto3D is doing analyse and screenshot)

In fact MPC-HC does the same if i trigger a grabframe and/or multiple screenshot in a row lol so it seems to be an issue with madVR so don't worry about it

and maybe try my latest settings from previous page too^^ and damn nice to know m8 thx
i changed them back again to compare a bit ngu against nnedi on 1050ti with quite a big gpu usage difference but not so much picture difference to ngu/jinc before.. i tend to nnedi with bad sources but still ngu with good input on a 1050ti

I would like to know if possible to switch screen resolution to video resolution depends on condition.

if ya said your exact needs maybe i already did one for such use and would say thats possible
u mean sth. like a display mode profile, for resolution switch based on folder name or file tag
for example with 3d usage:

if (filePath = "*\3d\*") or (fileName = "*[SBS]*") or (fileName = "*[TAB]*") "Profile 2" else "Profile 1"

Hello,
i am facing a problem that i dont know what causing it. After updating to v399 and v400 when i am watching mkv files with dolby digital sound i get audio but no picture. Dts files playing ok. If i start mp in windowed mode all files re playing correctly. This only happens in full screen. Tried different madvr and lav versions with no luck. I dont know really if its the upgrade that causing it or its something completely different, i just want your insight. i will provide logs when i get home.

On FCU, there is a lot of issue (even with EVR, can you try to confirm too) ?
On Insider it seems better but still, we have also issue with GPU drivers (older seems to works better 385.xx for Nvidia)
On HTPC i'm on 1703 and works pretty good
Who want to test a WIN8.1 setup ? (like explain madshi, this is the best for only HTPC usage with madVR lol)

Will try your new settings, i didn't much use madVR tweak but your previous one give a good result on ratatouille sample lol.
When i enable Disable low latency, it's a little better but always a video kind of freeze when grabbing the video frame while DXVA, there is none.
I have also tested older MP build (very old) and it does the same so it's not a recent MP code change that trigger this but didn't notice earlier like i did use default madVR settings.

i feel a little stupid . It had nothing to do with dolby digital. By coincident, all files that i was trying were 720p and in madvr i had dxva2 upscaling. So after updating MP to ver 399, pc auto updated to fcu (1709) and then the problems started. As soon as i changed upscaling method to madvr, all are ok now.
