Yep. At least it's not happened on the main htpc now....and so I can play more to fix it again someday. On last time I failed to get to the bottom and the problem follows... as always

me not really neither.
the only thing i can think of, it may well be that it comes from the lazy update that i did and was different.... remembered that i installed directly without extension manager. guess i have to blame myself again and my laziness.

edit: bottom reached and finally oleole^^...found a easy way to fix the bravia pairing problem-> see Auto3D plugin for MediaPortal 1.2 - 1.12 (GUI & TV/Beamer) - damn cookie..

Just tested Version 404, my setup is amd rx460 with latest win creators update

• TV is non functional with madvr, if i use lav d3d11 . Problems are from black screen to freezing last tv channel while switching channels. On freezing stop and restart helps. Black screen helps only closing MP and reopening. => So I'm using EVR for now
• lav d3d11 setting and madvr FSE: A lot of problems. The obvious one, most of the time i can start 3D MVC, but always this leads on stop to a black screen or sometimes to a non responsible system. Hard reset is be needed. Sometimes on start or stop of normal movies i get a black screen and must restart MP. So with this mode i can play all, but need most of the time restarting after every movie.
  
• lav d3d11 setting without madvr FSE: reacts faster and more stable but 3D MVC dont work anymore
• Setting lav d3d11 to one device (copy-back) works not good and brings also a lot of black screens

So result is I use d3d11 because its the only mode i can use HDR, so my 3D actually don't work. With lav copy-back mode and FSE all works fine (incl. TV and 3D) , but HDR don't work.

If i find time i will post some logs.

By the way do somebody have information if and how HLG and Dolby Vision will work. My last Infos are HLG could work, but don't do @ moment with MP or other media player, also tested this with a test file. Dolby Vision will propably never work on a HTPC.

Hi all!
To me TV is working but lost deinterlace. Madvr keeps deinterlace OFF on 404.
No further test done.

Deinterlace working fine here on 404. Are you guys trying to use DX11 in LAV? it won't deinterlace so not suitable for TV.

Yes DX11 in LAV works and its been working properly since it was created in Madvr but "Hardware device to use" must be selected in LAV to get deinterlace. But unfortunatelly not on 404 anymore. Going back to previous mp test versions, deinterlace on DX11 comes back.

so 404 kills deinterlace on DX11

Guys, it's really weird, i'm losing most of the post, i can reach them but searching last alert but when going to page 465 or 467, oh page 466 is not present, hmmm will investigate that, maybe it's related to cache from chrome !!! lol

Sorry for that, all is working pretty nicely on my side, still need logs and also try to get the freezed one from madVR tool in first post.

On my side, i need to use DXVA2 native in LAV and not DX11 because of 2 points :
1- LiveTV zapping is not working
2- Deinterlace not working (except if we set hardware to use that lead to act like using DXVA CB but break acceleration for HEVC)

What is the last build that works ? (on the same windows version and GPU drivers because it can change all the result and must be true for FCU version)
