Yep it can auto create a TXT on desktop or you can set key to achieve it : (create freeze report)

Also in first post there is a tool 'madTraceProcess32' it permit to generate log when MP is freezed

MadVR is crashing not mp. The error comes from a screen from madvr so can I get this report on Madvr crash or even after restarting madvr?

Yep it should works when it crash, you have the little window (continue / stop / close player), you can hit send report there but maybe need an email client to get the text log crash lol

Yes that's the screen and yes Im afraid I need email.
here atached is a madvr crash report created by the system in my screen. created at 19:01 so something may be related with previous crash.

I tried with subtitels off and same situation. I activate subtitles when I see films in Original version (so english in thouse crashes) the english version in Pasengers film is DTS HD Master Audio.

may be thats the reason and not the subtitle

it seems to crash in 'ntdll.dll', can you try to set DPI screen to 100% to see if it make a diff ?
Also, when the crash happen, it tell us the resolution : "display mode : 1536x864, 32 bit" it look strange lol

The error comes from a screen from madvr

its also possible to simply copy the tex from the madvr crash popup..
just open the generated report and strg+c and paste it in a txt^^

Testing 443

After deep test. No 3D mvc, TAB SBS issues. I haven't been able to reproduce the previous crashes with audio and subtitles.

I have been playing 3D and 4k videos continuously and stop and play another one without any issue... Dont know what you did but now everithig is fine.
cross fingers and continue testing
On previous test my res is always 4k and changes to 1080p for 3D playback.

May I have a suggestion regarding 3D subtitles on SBS and TAB? "Subttle displayed mode change 2D/3D " should be always active if a film is seen in 3D SBS or TAB and disabled if 3D film seen in 2D. can it be done?

About the subs for 3D in fact it was like this before but movie 3D can have both type of subtitle the TXT or DVBSub, so this is why i have added an option to swith them if needed

on desktop 1709/nv390 i need that fcu option ticked for tv stop too^^
and attached are the settings i last used on insider build with some known faults:
- 3d mvc framepacked stuff switched directly from 3d to 3d will result in madvr error similar like its with mphc^^ separately played 3d should always work
- on stop or display rate changes the desktop can appear shortly

add: v443 running great so far on old htpc @win1703/nv358.x and also on test rig @win1607/358.28 no extra options seem required.

I daren't say much, running good since v443 on NVIDIA 388.13, so if I get a crash, I'm going 358 as per @daWooky's success Great stuff Seb as always
