But is incomplete , its only listed like 30 eppisodes but are actually like 50.
I was looking Shin Chan, wrong, should look for Shin-Chan.
Anyway, i wonder if is possible to manualy add a Serie.

In fact it's the best solution.
When you use thetvdb, then help them by complete the series in the database, create banners and so on....
Furthermore the data is available online, even when you need to reinstall MediaPortal...so I don't know what would be the benefit to do everything manually with such a series AND the most important, you help other people as well by completing the db ;-)

I don't think so, because MP has no way of knowing at which timestamp the external player stopped playback.
Best way to achieve this would be to use an auto-resume feature in your external player itself. (MPC-HC can do that, I don't know about VLC)

I don't say to eliminate the chance to keep data from TVDB, but at least the option to choose to switch to TMDB or (why not?) other sources.

Is there a way to integrate a multi-user interface in MP1 where you can create different end users, similar to MP2? A...
maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
Preferable with as much disabled as possible
also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)

Since over a year my MP sometimes stucks while showing the welcome screen. It started once a week now it happens every second time...
