Well, right now to open my cd drive I have to exit MP use the mouse open my computer right click the cd drive select eject put in my disc and the re open media portal. The case I have (Silverstone LS11) has a "face plate" over the cd drive and when you push the button it doesn't contact with the eject button on the drive. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to make contact but it won't. I would REALLY appreciate it if you could implement this for me :) THNAX!

I was wrong, the action is already there.

Use the action "Ejectcd" in the remote button mapping editor to assign it to a button of your choice.

Cool THANX! Is the remote button editor available in RC2? I'm thinking of going back to it as I'm having issues with MY TV freezing in RC3 and RC4.

No, sorry. MCE custom mappings were introduced with RC4. No chance to map buttons in RC2 or RC3.

    ... and works like a charm :D

    I'm using RC4,
the mce mapping isn't supported by the earlier rc's as far as I remember.

I just tested it and it works great! I hope "0000697: Certain cards are loosing TV signal after varying periods of time" issue gets fixed soon...so I can use the MCE mapping. As I think I'm going back RC2 because the TV working is more important to me right now. THANX!

Most (all?) small PC cases accept only ITX motherboards, which have only one PCI-E slot. So you could install only one PCI-E tuner card. A quad-tuner card would give you four tuners, but if you wanted more tuners you would need to use the TBS eight-tuner card, or use external tuners, either USB tuners (available with single or dual...

Ok, so perhaps a solution, but not the "right" solution. On the client, within media portal configuration, under TV settings, advanced options, I switched to UNC paths instead of the default RSS, and it's working very well. Sure I had to figure out the paths, but no big deal. Maybe helpful for someone in the future. Thanks for the...

Good to hear you got it working.(y) I have attached a screenshot of my Power Scheduler settings and, yes my TV does stay off when a scheduled recording starts.
