    Hi,

do you think about a skin in 1366x768?

All TVs now use this resulution 8)

Interesting looking case - looked at it in more detail on your website. Did you build this computer yourself? Where did the case come from?

UndaC....definatly not a hardware problem, i envy your setup....that problem sounds really familiar, i swear somebody asked me about something similar in the bluetwo widescreen skin. I'll poke around, its got to be a skin problem, if it doesnt do it any other skin.

I'm also guessing they fixed the problem with purevideo and TV...guess i'll give that a try.

    Mr. Bean,
That's a pretty common LCD tv resolution...With some of the skinning engine improvements, it wouldn't take much to alter the xml. The two things that keep me from taking on any more skins are the time it would take to resize all the graphics intially, and the time it would take to maintain the skin. I would be more than happy to do the initial altering of the xml files, and make a list of the sizes i think the graphics should be resized to....but after that somebody would have to do the resizing and skin maintainence. If anybody is interested or knows of someone who would be interested, let me know.

Mr. Bean - You created a fine case and the inside is detailed very nicely. I liked the wire bundles that are dressed. On the inside I saw a circuit board on left (looking at the front on the case) and was wondering what that was for?

I was not able to follow the link you provided looks like (at least temporarily) the server maybe down.

EDIT: I shouldn't ask any more questions about your computer on this topic it doesn't fit the graphic/skin development topic.

I don't mind the hijack, i think it's a great case and had the same questions too, altho i would like to see what it would look like in black.

Btw, did a quick search of the graphics forum for 1366 or 1366x768 and didn't see any skins at that resolution. I know there are quite a few tvs that have that as their native resolution...but i figure the next re-skin i would do is 1920x1080 (when i break down and buy a tv capable of that resolution).

So I have a problem by connecting the Grafikcard to the LCD to use the nativ resulution
You could always run your desktop at the native resolution, and run mp in fullscreen mode. A 1280x720 skin will be stretched some, but at least its the same aspect ratio so it wont look nearly as bad a a 720x576 skin. Its not an ideal solution, but....like i said a couple of posts up, i'll do the xml if somebody is willing to do the graphics. Some images would have to be redone, but for the most part its open image in photoshop, resize, save....which isnt too difficult, just time consuming.

Hi, i have done some tests with boilermakes reskinned b2.
I have native resolution 1360x768 on mine tv. Boilermake is right that the 1280x720 is close enough to use.

Instead to use our limited resources to do a skin just for 1360x768 we should help boilermake to maintain his 1280x720 skin.

    Great work boilermake. :D
