MCE online spotlight function in MP? (1 Viewer)

The only reason I keep MCE on my HTPC is the Online Spotlight web-tv application.
Has anyone made anything like this for MP?

Youtube and flickr

A plug in to see youtube or google videos and flickr photos would be great . been searching for that plug in but cant find one. do people think we should have this functionality? just more of a way so we dont have to exit the MP shell to see stuff. anyone know if the web page plugin works with the latest version of MP?

The most important one for me is NRK.
but tv2 and tvNorge is also in the norwegian spotlight section.

thing is, the online spotlight is a propriatary webpage, that I think should be possible to port to MP. I just dont have enough knowledge to do it my self.

If you try to use the link in spotlight in a normal webpage, most of it seem to work, except that the video's doesnt start up when you tap the links. (there's some activeX and Jscript involved).
the online spotlight is also great if you live abroad and want to see TV from your home country. It's the countrysettings in MCe that chooses witch channels appear in spotlight. And all these links are possible to "harvest" for a plugin for MP.

If I'm not totally wrong, this is the MCE Spotlight-link ot the US startpage:

And as MCE uses a really simple way to change the language/country in spotlight (it checks the country/languagesetting in wn XP), i guess the norwegain startpage should be something like:
www.microsoft.com/onspot/default.aspx?view=no

the spotlight page is as simple as a full screen Internet Explorer, with a few extra codes that only work in MCE, and I think it uses WMP to play the flicks.
