    Another Question (maybe you can't / will not answer):

    Will the new MP has the same mechanism for displaying tv like the TV-server? And will it have the same Dshow filters (TSreader)?

    With all the issues with WMR9 - is overlay an alternative that has been considered?
    Or is overlay "one step back" PQ-wise?

    Oh, and:
    0-2-3-2-0-1-6-0 --> 0+2+3+2+0+1+6+0 --> 14 :D

    Days - until more info?
    The "decoding formuala" is from LOST:
    http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/The_Numbers said:
    During the second season of Lost it was revealed that the Numbers are the code that must be entered into the computer located inside the Swan every 108 minutes (4 + 8 + 15 + 16 + 23 + 42 = 108). Entering the Numbers resets the countdown timer to 108 minutes.

    Let's just hope that we don't have to push a button every 14 minutes in MP 2 in order to prevent us from traveling back in time :mad:

    question about MP2...all the improvements made to the actual MP are "useful" for MP2?

    i mean, bug fixes, creating plugins, etc?

    or will people that have created great plugins have to start again?

    not to mention that hopefully mytvseries and tv3 will come "stock":D

    :D :D for all your great work !!

    As an plugin developer first and foremost I can tell you that even though there will be significant architectural differences none of the plugin developers will have any trouble migrating to MP2.

    Plugins will not be compatible, but it wont be hard to move to the new system. And it will give the plugin developers a chance to make there plugins better in the process.

    At least, that's the rumour. ;)

    Hope that helps,
