I don't understand the problem.

I see a tuner used by one client and an other tuner in red but not used.

Red just means "currently tuning". It's not an error.

No problem, I put the log.

In those log files you're using the non-standard IPTV filter. They don't show any problem.
Please provide new log files showing the problem with the standard IPTV filter.

I think the bug is when a second user tune channel no DVBIP channel can tune in and try all the DVBIP tuner one by one

Well, the log files definitely don't show this.
New log files are needed.

"no CA found" means that the CAT (conditional access table) is not received. You need to make sure that the CAT (from PID 1) is available for TV Server.

It seems that channel are not mapped to other DvbIP card.
So not sure why it works with my build then.
Maybe i did also change something about CA info, i didn't remember it.
It could be nice to know what happen if channel are mapped to many dvbip and cam enable.

Maybe we can try a Teamviewer session for testing that ?
