A bug report thread would have been more appropriate.
On your system it takes approximately 10 seconds for all the power related device change/reconnect messages to settle down. I see errors only when you're attempting to start timeshifting very shortly after the system has resumed. For example:

So, first it is not always failing.

I have to restart MediaPortal to get TV playback work again.

I don't see that in your log files... at all.

I am using the standalone installation, so tv server is always available!

This is not true.
If you use a static IP address configured on the network adaptor (not in the router!) then it is almost true... but still, the network adaptor driver needs time to reinitialise after resume as well.

Multishortcut is showing as not compatible (not sure if anyone else still uses it?)

I am interested in having a working multishortcut plugin for MP1.6.
Or is there an alternative?

Hi guys,
just to confirm if Im updating my 1.5 to 1.6 standalone and want to use the newer DB that :

1 export all settings under tvserver
2 uninstall MP - nuke ie full product cleanup
3 uninstall mysql
4 install 1.6 as prev versions
5 import tvserver settings
6 enjoy?

My main query is that will the tvserver export/import work between the different DB programs

In short, full product cleanup is not recommended. Assuming you use MP as front end, you'd lose your MediaPortal settings, databases etc. if you did a full product cleanup.

Yes, it will work. There were no DB changes other than the switch from MyISAM to INNODB.

Two things I noticed...(did a fresh installation, Windows 7 x86)

> Computer crashes, while scanning for channels (just Germany full > Germany Kabeldeutschland no crash????)
> the scrapper in LiveTV or Programm guide does not work (movie is found, but I dont see any content???)

Please dont ask me for logs, I am setting up my computer right now...new OS etc.

I know, sorry for that, decided to post after I formatted my hard drive.
The thing with the scrapper happens to every movie, tried different scrappers.
Kabeldeutschland scan does work. But in the middle of the full scan my computer crashes...
