Ummm, okay. Maybe I also need to specify that in step 2 and 3 you should be working with TVSeriesDatabase4.db3 rather than VideoDatabaseV5.db3.
If that doesn't help then I suggest posting a screenshot and telling me what step you're having problems with.

Thank you for your help with this, I ended up deleting the database and MP now starts up but now I have another issue!

I cant seem to connect to TVserver and the TVserver configuration will not open.

I have attached new logs.

I hope you can help.

Maybe that TvLibrary.Utils.dll file is corrupted.
Did you have some kind of issue with an HDD?

Okay. Nevertheless I suggest you check that TvLibrary.Utils.dll file.
Let me know if you're still having problems after starting the TV service (or if you can't start the TV service).

I don't know if this is relevant but I took my pc to work with me to try and fix the tv series db issue and in the process of starting it up we found we had an issue with the ram not seated properly and all sorts of things were not working.

After I reseated the ram everything was working properly except for the TVserver configuration!

Do you think that could have caused the issue?
