You may want to consider doing a search in the Forum and see what skins people are using with touchscreens.

"touchscreen skin" (titles only) will get you started

After you have done some research and are clearer about what skins are available, and about the interaction between MP and touchscreen hardware, the Skinning section would be the place in the Forum to post specific questions about modifying existing skins.

Hi. I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database". Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...

Greetings Fellow MP'rs. Does anyone out there use tvguide.com to access TV listings..? If so, can you advise on how it is set up for use with MediaPortal..? I havebeen using Zap2XML / GraceNote but that just died (for me alone seemingly) and I am out of listings. :( Would appreciate any help - Thanks.

Fixed, I think. Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this. Last time when I installed the...

I do not know why this xml was in my theme folders, it must have sneaked in some time ago (years?). I simply removed the file. The Latest Media Handler plugin seems to be working as expected. I've had no lock-ups.
