uups ah i was blind - was only locking at the evr.log and there was one redetection after each other - sorry mhm. any ideas why this only happens on those both HD channels?

Bad signal I would say. At least some users are able to view those channels ok in MP. I have even one TS sample from ARD HD that plays nicely.

...update: one possible reason is that PC is not fast enough to decode the stream and to receive it -> TsWriter drops data.

I'm sorry it took so long to test latest patch for teletext/texturemanager.,
Well now i did and it did not work.

I just saw that some fixes in texturemanager has reverted in svn to earlier stage. I'm compiling as we speak.
I hope it works. If not then ill revert to 24521 as it surely works.

Well Latest reverted code in SVN is not fixing teletex.It can be used only once, so back to 24521 for me.

^ Tried private build SVN 25000 (btw. congrats to that jubilee ) and with that teletext works fine witout crashes, so I think this bug is solved.

Hi,

After installation of Moving Pictures Beta 3 no videos can be played anymore. Mediaportal easily freezes after starting any type of video and can't be closed, except by killing mediaportal.exe process. If I deactivate Moving Pictures there occures no error. After downgrading Moving Pictures Beta 3 to Beta 2, everything works fine again.

Could someone agree with this and maybe add the enhancement "compatibility to moving pictures Beta 3" to the Bugtracker.

Oh okay... I'm sorry I'm going to write it there again.

But i wonder about that my two system, fresh installed, one with XP the other one with WIN7 have the same Bug. But maybe FFord or the Moving Pictures Team have got a solution for this.

I found some problem with Hebrew under V1.1

On the TV schedule screen the day of the week in the upper left corner is not showing (see attached image).
If I change the text of the short day in "strings_he.xml" (id 657-663) to English text then the day will appear.

While playing TV or Video the skip steps do not appear. Nothing is shown, not the units ("sec", "min" etc) and not the numeric quantity (5,10 etc).
Only after changing "strings_he.xml" id 2997-2999 to English the step will appear.

If MP configuration -> general -> skin the "language contains right to left direction chars" is turned off the Hebrew is shown correctly, if it is turned on all the texts are in the wrong letters order.
So, at least under Windows 7 there is no need for this option.

I have detected an unusual problem since this svn: Mediaportal is not able to play any avi-files on my setup.

Using Graphedit the AVIs are connected without errors. I am using Haali Meda Splitter. If I check "automatic decoder settings" within Mediaportal every avi-file runs fine - but not if I select the filters manually. MKV, OGM, FLV and all other files also runs fine with manual settings.

Referring to this bug I found out the following: SVN rev. 24990 causes this bug for me. (Yes its not related to this svn in this thread - I always try the newest ones).

After reverting back to 24989 AVI files just play fine again.

This is the cause:

Fixed mantis #0002524: MS DTV-DVD filter and another H.264 codec in same graph causes issues
- obey user settings strictly but use rendering as fallback

There were several other changes after 24990 that are referring to mantis 2524. With this changes AVIs won't play and connect correctly on my system. Copying the old core.dll from 24975 over the latest 25011 svn cures the problem for me.

Hi all! I have some troubles with watching IPTV. Sometimes some channels stopping to work - MP says unable to start timeshifting/graph. After that if i manually rescan channels in TV server configuration, assign them numbers and names again, it begin to works again in MP. After scanning TV Server always finds a new channels wich early was not working (but ip and port of channels are unchanged in m3u playlist). Logs are attched - the problem, i think, is in "MT Pid wasn't found on the PAT" in TSWriter log and WaitForPMT: Timed out waiting for PMT after 5 seconds. Increase the PMT timeout value? [(11)]: Setting to 0 to search for new PMT.
