Freeze on TV Startup

When computer is resumed from standby (Win 7 Hybrid sleep). Everything else works fine, just live TV doesn't.
Initially it says it can't play buffer.
After that on subsequent attempts it just freezes (MP Client using 100% CPU). Task manager says that those 100% are kernel time.
After a minute or so, audio starts playing normally, but no video and UI is totally unresponsive. CPU usage still 100% (one core)

Attached are crash logs that watchdog made when I manually killed MP from taskmanager.

UI freeze

Typically it happens when I tap ESC "rapidly" to get to main menu. Note that this "rapidly" isn't exactly 10 ESC taps in one second as my Logitech Harmony One remote isn't even capable of producing this. Of course, happens with standard keyboard as well.

UI will "hang" in the middle of animation (zoom in / out of UI elements).
Sometimes it recovers after a minute or so, mostly it doesn't.

Sorry, no logs. There's nothing logged for this event.

Crash on radio channel change (not specific to this SVN)
Everytime I try to change radio channel, MP crsahes.
If I stop the existing channel first, I can then select another one and play it fine.

Please up load a timeshifting buffer that can be used to reproduce the issue.

Here's the buffer.
Turns out, the problem is only with channels that currently "don't have any data".

These channels won't have any sound when played "separately" and will crash MP when played by switching from a working channel.

Could you test the attached TsReader.ax? Fixes the crash on my dev PC (at least on graphedit).

I o so have this problem. i will make some logs with the actually SVN. after i will make some test with your TSreader^^. I sign up again..

Ok i'll be back.
With the SVN24553: after the 4 channel change, MePo was crashing. This is usually so.

With the 'new' TSreader_radio_crash: it works fine! over 12 channel changing and it works beautifull for me.

I hope this helps.. and yes, please disregard my other stuff. i think you know what i mean.

One Channel (ZDF) makes Problems

I have a strange behaviour.

Only one TV Channel (ZDF) is not shown in MediaPortal. The screen is blank
If I look to TV-Streams i See that channel with its name.
Then I change to a new channel (e.g. SF1). Now i don't see the new channel SF1 but the former channel (ZDF)

Using the TVServer Configuration I can see the channel ZDF using Preview without Problems

I'm using the lastest SAF Beta 23 Test 2 and Windows 7x64.
I have a additional client setup with Windows7 x86 and he shows the same.

I had same experience with Mediaportal Beta Release 1.1

@tourettes: This problem from the beginnen of the thread is also fixed with the new TSreader:

Forget about my first posting in here :sorry: i have installed the version from 30.11.09 ^^ was too late yesterday :sorry:

Live TV is running out of the box for me! Switching between HD and SD is no problem! Qualitiy is very, very good.

But i found one problem:

If i want to play a HD recording it does take a long long time until the video starts! I guess some minutes! And video and audio are minutes out of sync

With this fix its the most stable/usable SVN since 1.0.2 (at least for myself)
