No, but I thought that the problem was only at your side, since it worked over here. After HomeY reported the same, I looked into it.

FYI... I've had problems running MPConfig (configuration.exe) per https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...-exe-crash-after-initdevicelist-error.121094/

It seems to be caused by Message plugin, at least when I uninstall that, I stop getting the error in the log and MPConfig runs again (though I have to admit still only 90% of the time).

Anyone else seen this? Note that at MP run time, the plug in appears to work fine, ie: was redirecting inputs from my Philips SRM7500 remote via EventGhost quite happily.

Has anyone been able to run Message Plugin with 1.6?? I just tried and doesn't seem to work anymore, didn't have much time to test sorry, had to revert back to 1.5 (sick baby and needed to keep the wife happy).

Use EventghostPlus, it contains message plugin. But you will also need a modified MediaPortal.exe for it to work.
