dateformat nor longtimeformat are there :( Should I add both?

    Game_dude, look for
and add the following 2 lines after it.

    Code:

no

<Day> <DD>.<Month>

or else, attach your MediaPortal.xml so I have a look into it and if need be update it for you...

Didn't seem to work :( Here is my xml

XML looks good. Can you check, just in case, you have more than one MediaPortal.xml as it is very strange behavior which is not related to skin or MOD, but to MediaPortal itself.....

Maybe what I suggest is that you enable the long time format option and save the definition and exit from MediaPortal configuration. Enter a second time, disable and save again, but it's a shot in the dark.....

Checked long time format exited then reentered unchecked it and exited again loading up MP same thing :( I looked all through MP folder in program data but couldn't find a second MP xml. This is actually a clean install I did earlier today.

Game_dude, try this common.time.xml. Did some modifications to ignore the time format.

Sweet, now we're getting somewhere. The time is showing up finally. Though it appears to be in 24 hour time instead of 12. I think your in a different country than me. I'm in the US. Not sure what you guys use 24 or 12 lol.

Game_dude, good to hear that we managed to get this displaying. Locally we use 24hr, but if I'm not mistaken, MediaPortal uses 24hr clock. I noticed that the xml provided earlier will drop a digit if time is between 00 and 09. Attached find another version which fixes this.

Is there anyway to switch to 12 hour? Also thanks so much for helping me figure this out :)
