[MOD] MovingPictures & TVSeries layouts (3 Viewers)

@Game_dude and @RAWPWR. The MOD is just displaying the time as normal StreamedMP is doing. The only difference is that it is splitting the hour part and the minute part so that these are displayed on the flip images.

I get that,........ but I don't understand why I get the 24 hr time when I want 12 hr time displayed.

I'm in the (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) time zone.
