You quoted the answer to your first question. There is a bug in 1.0 that causes the default sort order to be backwards (i.e. Z->A). Just change the sort direction:

Press the menu button (or F9) click "Sort By..." and click "Title". This will reverse the sort direction. I have created a bug report for this though, it shouldn't by default be sorting in descending order...

As for searching for a movie, from any movie list you can type the name of a movie using the number keys on your remote control. This works just like a cell phone and you only have to press each key once. So to type M-A-T-R-I-X for example you would press 628749 (see the image below). Typing in this sequence would filter the list by all movies containing the cooresponding text so most likely you would just see the three Matrix movies. You can find more information about this feature on the wiki.

What i want to know there will be a search mode like Myfilms plug in. Look for the example of snapshots i attach. I think its more easily to use a virtual keyboard like Myfilms plug-in. There will be one in the future MovingPictures final or beta release?

About the sort order, i attach too pics to you see the difference i talk.
I order my films by year with letter A or number first and in the MovingPicures i use the same order by year but Z come first. Look for the examples on attach pics.

As for sort order, you already have the answer. If you do not like the sort direct, then just reverse it. Instructions are listed above in my previous response to you.

As for search, we do have a proper menu-based on-screen-keyboard search planned, but it wont be coming anytime soon as there have been very few requests for it and the issue only has a handful of stars...

Meanwhile I noticed that I cannot start playing a Blu-Ray iso anymore with TMT3 set as external player. Playing from a full folder structure does work though.
