Well, this issue has been verified fixed by several people in 1.0.6, so if there is an issue it is either a merge issue, or you are not running the latest code from the trunk. Plus very few people are running a custom build here and we don't really support those on the forums.

Re: Moving Pictures 1.0.6 Stable Available

    Hi!

Great plugin, but the movie detection and auto approval does not work very well for me. From three Blurays that I have, it detected only one. For the second one there were multiple choices in the drop down list, but no one was taken automatically. (I already put the slider to the right, "Reckless".)
For the third movie "Inglorious Basterds" it didn't not gave any suggestion for the disc.

How should the mechanism work? I think it takes only the volume label as string for search (e.g. ING_BASTERDS_G54 for "Inglourius Basterds") ?

Auto approval not working is a real show stopper in the living room, because the movie can not be started then, and it should not be necessary to close Media Portal and go to the configuration dialog, to do it manually each time. For me, it would be much, much better, when it would take the disc with any name - does not matter which one.

Would be really great to have control over the approval from within Media Portal !!!

    Regards,

does anybody else have the problem that the video doesn't start fullscreen? It only runs in the small preview window for me.

I had that problem. It was fixed in 1.0.6. Until ... I enabled Dynamic Refresh Rate changer!

Maybe that is why for you too.

It is a real boomer. BR playback is perfect, but I have to manually change the RR before and after playing 24p material.

Re: Moving Pictures 1.0.6 Stable Available

Is anyone else having problems with long loadingtimes when opening MovingPictures and choosing "all movies"? It takes maybe 20-30 seconds or so before the list of movies shows up. This is also a problem when moving from movieinfo back to movielist. I do have a large movie collection (1500+ titles) so that is probably some of the reason, but it shouldn't take this long to load the list should it?

edit: Think there might be something wrong with the hardware on that computer I'm currently installing on another one so I'll try again there.

edit 2: Much better on the new hardware.

It is implemented in moving pictures. It's just not released yet!

Nothing is implemented in MovingPictures, and nothing has to be. Only one button on skin level is required.
