First of all again for such a great plugin.
Good to hear a new release is on the way

The most missed feature of Moving Pictures for me is the ability to export watched flags (like in MpTvSeries). This probably would make a lot of people very happy.

Hi,
I have a fresh installation of Mediaportal and would like to use my MovingPictures database from a previous installation.
Can I just overwrite the pictures/covers and the database file?

Assuming all of the paths to your video files are the same, yes, copy the database and old artwork from the old install to the new.

1.0 Final is next/ There is one or two bug fixes but mostly it will include the latest scraper script updates. We have an internal alpha we are testing now so we are looking at sometime around this weekend. Just to be clear though, there will be no new features in 1.0 Final.

That being said 1.1 has been in parallel development and we have made a lot of progress. I don't want to give a time frame, but things are progressing well.

I mosty ask because of the problem with lastest MP RCs where MovPic movies do not start full screen.

Hate to break it to you but this is not a known issue, first time I remember hearing about this. I am definitely not seeing this behavior on my setup. I suggest you file a new bug report.

hmm, i don't have any problems with moving pictures on my system (MePo RC4 on windows homeserver on HD-ready TV not full HD).
it's running great and i love this plug-in!

I remember reading some forum posts of people experiencing the same, and if memory serves me well it was caused by bad plugins (older versions, etc). So just disable/update the bad plugins, and verify your codecs (another possible reason). Search the forum otherwise for those original posts that I remember reading a long time ago.

Hopefully the fix for making green button go to the top of the movie list, will make it in next release
