MP 1.6 compatibility? Dependency check error! Install aborted. (1 Viewer)

It actually is, but because it uses MP.DB (for videos) and the Music DB was updated, it thinks MyFilms is not compatible. Guzzi is aware of the issue, so hopefully we will see an version that solves that compatibility issue soon.
Is there a way to force/fake the compatibility? It's been a lot of time and still no fix/new version is out...

you are right.. I spotted why it's not working. For what ever reason, the 3x recently added / watched for TV series, etc was killing it.. I've removed it for now and it's started working again. I'll have to dig a little deeper as to why it's happened all of a sudden.

Hi Guys... Long time fan. using MP for over 20 years.
Currently running MediaPortal x64 v1.38.3.0 on Win11 with all recent windows...
Fixed, I think.
Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this.

When I import new films using Moving Pictures, it takes an incredibly long time for the information to be found and downloaded...
4.5 is really old. I'm not sure 4.5.5 even is a version that actually existed. You should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 7 SP1
