Oh, okay, I shouild have been able to see that for myself (regarding JIRA).
I'd like to test it, but I've already installed 1.7pre, so I guess this'll need a new MediaPortal.exe...

Homey I would love to test, But I can't even get MP the start after changing the files.
I'm on 1.6 and would love to help. That feature would be awesome to have.

Is this thread still alive? Can anybody answer if this'll support 1.7pre and future versions before making it into the final product? Is testing still needed, and if so, where can I get compatible test files? Thanks again

Testing needed for sure and it will not be include for 1.7.0 final but installer can be there
I will put installer link to Jira entry

Hi,
I downloaded the ZIP out of the first post and replaced all my files with the files out of the ZIP. Then I tried to start Mediaportal Config and I got an error something like that" .... Mediaportal Client version is 1.6 and the TV server version is only 1.5..."
Did I make a mistake?

If you have 1.7.0 Pre release, better to use supplied installer from Jira

If i'm not wrong, when i revert this branch all was ok, it seems that something is done on timeshift. (trigger by this branch)

I have try to work without this branch and i run into the same issue, so it's not related to your work
@sccrgoalie1 i think it's related to preload card setting and when it take time to get timeshift file from channel, i can have old timeshift from previous channel.
