I'm afraid it doesn't, it supports the main 4 MediaPortal media plugins (My Videos, My Music, Moving Pictures and TV Series) as well as TV Server live TV/Radio & recordings.
I've never used the Anime plugin - not having any Anime is probably the reason so it's unlikely to get into iPiMP in the short term, I could look at it, but as always it's a matter of finding the time and prioritising features.
