Thanks for the reply but no, don't have that plugin. Plus it still did it with all plug-ins disabled.

Windows/System32/SysWOW64 and so on?

Concerning BassFan's question, I will have to check that. Should they be there?

I guess the really strange thing to me is that it works fine as long as I am not on the Now Playing screen. I would think if it was a problem with the Bass engine that it would happen no matter what screen I am looking at but I will download the installer and try it. Thanks>

Sorry to say I still have the issue. For now I have it configured not to jump to the Now playing screen during playback. I may try to do some more experimenting this weekend.

Hallo all

I recently upgraded MP from V1.6 to 1.7 Final and now I also have the same problem described in this thread..
MP freezes at the end of the audio track, when there are 2/3 seconds at the end, and only when I am in the MusicPlayingNow screen

I use WASAPI, but I tried also with "Bass Engine" and disable fade in/out, using different skins (default titan. wide, etc) but without changing anything.

The problem does NOT occur in Debug Mode (no extensions load), but I tried to disable all plugins without solving

Attached logs, blocking occurs at time 3:46/3:49 of first track, then the player will loop continuing to repeat the same brief moment, without go forward or respond to commands and I have to close MP with CTRL+ALT+DEL.

I had the same problem after upgrading from MP 1.3. After a couple of hours trying different things, I found disabling visualizations fixed it.

disabling only check "Show visualization" everything seems to work fine!

I thought the check would serve to enable the visualization in fullscreen, however I see that this continues to work..
