Thanks for the update, using <series_id>.tvdb after "deleting on the database of the existing "skip scan" series"" cured the problem for new TV series for me.

@ltfearme I should have posted this earlier but when I was running it again to gather the info you asked for everything started working correctly.

Thanks to everyone who had a hand in getting this updated so it worked again.

I'm not having too much issue with getting listings from TVDB with the workaround. I do have an issue with incomplete listings from TVDB. Specifically, it doesn't list the episodes for seasons 12-14 of Futurama. IMDB gives the complete episode listings, but I'm not getting those with MP-TVSeries. (sigh)

Futurama is one of the odd cases. The listings are not incomplete, though. Thetvdb has just another way of counting the specials. The current "season 14" is season 11 at thetvdb.

The episodes should be all there.

Yeah. Before I add a new show to TVSeries, whether it’s old or new, I always check the order on the thvdb under the aired date. Whether I like it or not I always name them so they match up with this order. Seems to stop the headaches.

Thanks to all who solved the problem!
In my case, it's not yet all ok:
After "no mtch was found" I added <series>.tvdb for

    House of the Dragon Season3
    Interview with the Vampire Season3
    The Paradise Season2
    The Hardacres Season1

After restarting the import wizzard there was still "no results found" for all 4 series.
I nevertheless clicked "next" and to my surprise the import worked for three series correctly. Just "The Hardacres" did not work still.I have no idea why it did not work for this one.

False alarm, I had a drive failure on my NAS while I was away and was running on a backup from a couple of weeks ago. All back to normal. Thanks to the group and @Itfearme for the support they offer to all.

Just a quick update. I added the Series ID to my new series and initially it worked. MY TVSeries picked up the new series and added the episodes correctly. I just added the latest episode of Anna Pigeon and after My TVSeries ran an import, Anna Pigeon and all of the new series I have added by including the Series ID txt file have now disappeared from the My TVSeries listings. Not sure what has changed in the last week. Any suggestions are appreciated.
