Your "Fritz" (or whatever it is called) is receiving all the channels on each frequency. That's why it updates more than 1 channel for each channel that it scans. If you have a gigabit wired network, you could create an M3U with one channel per frequency (and replace pids=0,1,... with pids=all).
I have Gb wired network yes. I tried creating that M3U but with pids=all it does not play a stream in VLC. It doesn't really matter.
The thing that did matter is, when I reverted to the original iptvsource filter, videostreams from my Anysee N7 got sooo choppy that it my wife kinda got fed up with me messing with the server. It looks like the new filter is way more efficient. I re-installed the IPTVfilter and url source splitter for the weekend. I could not open the streams from the Fritz in the old situation either even though they scanned, but like I said, I did not have a lot of time to test. I got an Unknown Error when tuning to the channel from within MediaPortal and the channel names were all messed up. It had 4 different names for like 60 channels. I can easily fix this I think by a database query though.

Which way would you guys want me to go with testing/debugging? Using original source filter or the new IPTV filter?
Thanks for the help so far.

    <sigh>
    @KayDiefenthal
    Another non-compliant SAT>IP tuner?

    I'd be interested to take a peek at log files if you still have them.

    Could you please try the new filter with the modified "connection preference" again. Make sure to click "apply settings" this time, so that the correct setting is actually used.

    New filter with modified connection preference does not scan, only "crashes" the device (it seems like the tuners get into a busy state they can't get out of).
    See the log for that. I don't have the old log with the old filter. I can create one if you want?

    edit:
    Is this something to be messing with ? https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/vlc-source-filter-for-tv-server.102734/page-2
    I'm also thinking of getting a lot of online streams in my tv-channels list, and it looks pretty straightforward.

    Thanks.
    Are you able to specify the date/time when you attempted to scan with the modified connection preference? I ask because I can't see any tune attempts with the correct SETUP request sent first. In other words: so far it looks like this test attempt was a dud too.

    Yeah, I'd appreciate if you could do that. I'm not aware of any reason why the N7 should perform badly with the standard filter, so I'd like to see if I can figure that out.

    Here's the log.. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, because now I still can't scan the m3u anymore with the old filter. Am I really using the old filter? I uninstalled the new one and removed the .xml config file.
    -I've tried scanning first time with old filter: tv service crashed.
    -Replaced & in m3u by %26, tried scanning, didn't work. (remembered this trick from vodserver)
    -Put the & back in the m3u, rebooted and tried again, scanning doesn't work. VLC does play it.

    I've attached the logs and the .m3u is below:

    Thanks! :)

    Here's the log..
    So is this meant to be the N7 + standard/old filter log, or is it meant to be the Fritz + merged/new filter + connection preference log?

    I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, because now I still can't scan the m3u anymore with the old filter. Am I really using the old filter?
    Yes, the logs show you're definitely using the "old" filter. I can tell this by the references to "MPIPTVSource" in the MPIPTVSource log.
    ...but which m3u are you trying to scan?

    About the problem with N7 + standard/old filter...
    I see 2 suspicious things in the log files:
    18-05-2015 13:34:29.746 [1214] [{BD514C11-EBEA-4119-92BD-600669057531}] [Warning] MPIPTVSourceStream: FillBuffer(): discontinuity detected, PID: 2011, expected counter: 13, packet counter: 4

    I'm not sure if these discontinuities are due to packet loss in the network or before/at the N7.

    18-05-2015 13:34:33.002 [ b34] [{9F4B7C82-7068-47BE-8776-B77D5B498D24}] [Warning] CMPIPTV_HTTP: ReceiveData(): data received, buffer free space too small, buffer size: 262144, free buffer size: 20556, occupied buffer size: 241588, data length: 75004
    ...
    18-05-2015 13:34:33.031 [ b34] [{9F4B7C82-7068-47BE-8776-B77D5B498D24}] [Warning] CMPIPTV_HTTP: ReceiveData(): resized buffer, buffer size: 524288, free buffer size: 315412, occupied buffer size: 208876

    I don't understand exactly what this means, but if I had to guess, I would guess that your buffer size configuration is too small:

    Perhaps @georgius can explain.

    I've doubled the buffersize to 65536 and nr. of buffers to 16 giving me about a gb of bufferspace.

    Currently I'm doing this over a teamviewer remote session from the office so I can't really tell if the channels from my Anysee N7 are running smoothly for sure (but it looks like it). I can test this tonight.

    It's just weird that now I'm back on the old filter, I can't scan the channels on the Fritz network tuner anymore where I was able to do that before with this filter. That made me doubt which filter I was using.

    Kay? How does this work?
    I've installed the
    \244808_Neuer_ZIP-komprimierter_Ordner\SatIp.UI.Setup\bin\x64\Debug\en-us\SatIp.UI.Setup.msi and I can open the tool (some streams on the left and windows media player plugin on the right).
    How do I set this up and whats the connection with MediaPortal?

    Great, thanks. :)

    It looks like the Fritz isn't sending any data:
    18-05-2015 13:36:21.171 [ b6c] [{1E77EC0F-D6E4-46B0-B915-7C8244C2C2B0}] [Data] CMPIPTV_UDP: ReceiveData(): start, buffer size: 262144, free buffer size: 262144, occupied buffer size: 0, packet size: 0

    ...over and over again.
    Have you tried rebooting the Fritz and the server (to ensure ports are freed)?
