Hi all

I've had a look at MPBlue and it appears with RC4 that the play button is actually enquing the song. If you have a look in the next song screen on MP you see the song you just selected there.

I'll take a look at the server and see if it's a quick fix... maybe just requires a small change... if so I'll recomplie and post for all with RC4.

I've been working on a skinned lisbox class in MPBlue to replace the treeview, got the basics working but its not rely releaseable yet. My original plan was to make a TV EPG, I got slighly side tracked and only have a few hours every know and then to do any dev work, so progress is v slow.

    What regkeys are used on the client? I want to completely remove the client and reinstall it. I'm trying to make a connection thrue bluetooth (not thrue activesync). I can connect to the LAN and Internet (which was a pain in the *** to get working), but MPblue doesn't seem to connect to MP. In the process of trying to connect I canged the IP defined in the MPBluePocket.xml file.

    If I try to use the playercontrols I get an exception. At this time I am connected to the mediaportal using bluetooth (LAN/Internet connection)

    MPBluePocket.exe
    WebException

    Application::Run+0xf
    frmMain::Main+0xa

    I've set the correct ip in the settings. I can't use any of the functions.

    I have a iPaq 2490 with Windows Mobile 5

    ip configuration on the server or the pda? Not sure what it takes to change the port number on the server, might be in this thread somewhere. On your pda it is in a file somewhere in the directory. Not sure what else needs to be adjusted in ip settings.

    The port (9000) is still hardcoded. The ip is not saved in a file. Because when I, after saving the ip configuration in the client, overwrite the complete direcotry (on the client) with the files from the rar archive posted in this topic, the ipconfiguration doesn't change to the default. The settings I provided are still configured.

    i had the same problem, but then i realised that another program used the port 9000 (it was slimserver)...
    so perhaps you have a conflict here?

    Port 9000 is not in use and I don't have a active firewall running.

    I also have the MP Webinterface running. I can open it with the browser of my PPC. So the bluetooth connection works just fine.
